Welcome to Clean Bee. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any products purchased through our online shop. By booking a service or purchasing products from us, you agree to the terms below.

Clean Bee provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services as agreed upon at the time of booking. The scope of work will be outlined in your service confirmation. Any additional services requested may result in additional charges.

  1. Booking and Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, emergencies, or staffing issues. Clients will be notified promptly if rescheduling is necessary.

  1. Pricing and Payment

Prices are based on the size of the property, type of service, condition of the space, or product pricing listed in our shop.

Payment is due at the time of service or purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept approved payment methods listed on our website. Late or declined payments may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least [24 or 48] hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made without proper notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to [insert amount or percentage]. Same-day cancellations may be charged the full service amount.

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify Clean Bee within 24 hours of the completed service. We will make reasonable efforts to return and address the concern. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

  1. Return Policy (Shop Items)

If you purchase products through the Clean Bee website, the following return policy applies:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-returnable items may include:

  • Opened or used cleaning products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or special-order products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  1. Limitations of Liability

Clean Bee is insured; however, liability for services is limited to the cost of the service provided. For shop purchases, liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by faulty fixtures or materials
  • Loss of cash, jewelry, or unsecured valuables

All content on the Clean Bee website, including text, logos, graphics, and images, is the property of Clean Bee and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
